To implement Document No. 41 of 2020 issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security—the “Notice on Supporting Enterprises in Conducting Job Skills Training for Employees During the Prevention and Control of COVID-19” (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”)—we will strengthen corporate culture development, promote the advancement of enterprise education and training initiatives, and enhance the professional skills and overall competence of all employees. We will take advantage of the pandemic period to carry out this educational and training activity.

This training program focuses on corporate culture, safe production, and skills enhancement. It is tailored to the policy theories that each position needs to understand and the professional competencies that need to be strengthened, with a focus on targeted relevance and practicality. The program combines both online and offline learning modes and features a carefully designed training plan.
