Welded chain

Welded chains are a popular choice for a wide range of material-handling applications. TYC welded chains feature fully hardened pins, ensuring strength and durability. The automatic welding process guarantees consistent weld quality and the parallelism of the welded links.

Cast iron chain

Cast iron chains are widely used in cement, papermaking, mining, and other heavy industries. These chains consist of inner links made from forged steel or heat-treated malleable cast iron, offering excellent wear resistance. The chain plates are manufactured from high-strength materials. The pins can be cold-forged or hot-riveted, and the heat treatment may involve either surface hardening or full hardening.
