Feature:

· The bracket pin is assembled onto an extended solid bushing and then secured with bolts. Bushings of special lengths can provide a larger bearing area. Since the bracket pin is bolted in place, it can be quickly disassembled and reassembled as needed, thereby reducing maintenance downtime.
· The base chain pins have undergone special treatment. This specialized process significantly enhances wear resistance and minimizes elongation.
· Use a high-temperature solid lubricant to ensure long service life. This lubricant leaves no residue on the chain or workpiece.
